For maintaining an established lawn in the Edmonton area, Manderley lawn fertilizer is what we carry. You have two options: Manderley’s 3-Step Program uses three seasonal formulas across the year, or the All Season Fertilizer is a single blend used across the growing season.

Both options feed the lawn what it needs at different points in the growing season. The 3-Step Program gives more targeted nutrition per season. The All Season Fertilizer is simpler if you’d rather not track three different application windows.

About these blends

The three seasonal formulas together are Manderley’s 3-Step Fertilizer Program. Each formula matches what the lawn needs during that season:

• Spring (16-0-18): Moderate nitrogen for green-up, high potassium to help the grass bounce back after winter stress.
• Summer (16-0-21): Same nitrogen level as Spring, with the highest potassium of the three. Potassium helps grass handle summer heat and drought stress.
• Fall (9-0-24): Lower nitrogen to slow top growth, highest potassium level in the program to prepare the lawn for winter dormancy.

The All Season Fertilizer (20-15-15) works differently. Higher nitrogen supports steady growth through the season, and the balanced phosphorus and potassium cover general needs. It’s the pick if you prefer one product over three.
