- The volume of material ordered.
- The distance from our yard to your site.

Important Delivery Guidelines for Edmonton Homeowners
To ensure a seamless drop-off and protect your property, please review the following requirements before your scheduled delivery window:
- Mark Your Drop Zone (“X” Marks the Spot): If you cannot be home at the time of delivery, please clearly mark the desired drop-off area. Specifically, we recommend using a bright piece of chalk to draw a large “X,” placing a weighted tarp, or using a traffic cone to indicate exactly where the materials should go. This prevents confusion and ensures your stone or soil is placed exactly where you need it.
- Clear Access & Overhead Obstacles: Please ensure the delivery path is free of parked vehicles, equipment, or debris. Specifically, our drivers must have clear vertical clearance; please check for low-hanging power lines or tree branches that may obstruct our delivery trucks.
- Surface Conditions & Weight Warning: Our delivery trucks are extremely heavy when fully loaded with stone, soil, or mulch. We strongly recommend dropping materials on a stable surface, such as a concrete driveway or a designated gravel pad.
- Property Damage Waiver: While our drivers are highly skilled, Radiant Landscape Supplies Ltd. is not responsible for damage to property beyond the curb line (including cracked driveways, sidewalk damage, or lawn ruts) when a customer requests delivery past the public roadway.
Need to Change or Cancel Your Delivery?
We understand that project timelines can shift due to weather or unexpected delays. However, because our delivery schedule is carefully optimized to serve the entire Edmonton area, we require advance notice for any changes.
Please Note: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window. If a cancellation is made after the truck has been loaded or has departed our West Edmonton yard, the delivery fee becomes non-refundable.
