Radiant Landscape Supplies Ltd. Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase on your original invoice. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must remain in its original packaging. We require your original invoice as proof of purchase for all returns.

Delivery Cancellation Policy

At Radiant Landscape Supplies Ltd., we pride ourselves on our efficient and timely delivery service across the Edmonton region. To maintain this schedule and ensure our fleet is utilized effectively, we have established the following cancellation requirements:

The 24-Hour Rule

All delivery cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled truck departure from our yard.

  • Timely Cancellations: If you cancel your delivery at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of your delivery fee and material costs.
  • Late Cancellations: Requests made less than 24 hours before the truck leaves the yard may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specifically, if the truck has already been loaded or has departed our facility, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • Site Readiness: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the drop-off site is clear and accessible. If our driver arrives at your location and cannot safely drop the materials, the delivery fee will still apply, and a re-delivery fee will be charged for a second attempt.

Please note: Cancellations left via voicemail or email after business hours will be processed at the start of the next business day.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

We do not offer refunds or returns on the following:

  • Bulk Products: We do not accept returns on rocks, soil, sand, or mulches. We cannot guarantee that bulk materials will perfectly match the size or color of photos on our website or social media.
  • Special Orders: We do not accept returns on special order products.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Living Materials: We do not offer guarantees on trees, plants, or shrubs unless you have bought the warranty for these.

Restocking Fees & Partial Refunds

  • We charge a 20% restocking fee on all verified and approved returns.
  • We may grant partial refunds or deny returns for items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damage not caused by our error.

Damaged or Contaminated Materials

  • Palletized Goods: If a product is damaged during loading or delivery, you must report it (with photos) before removing the product from the pallet.
  • Bulk Contamination: If bulk material is contaminated during delivery, you must report it (with photos) within 48 hours.
  • Sod: If your sod arrives molded or over-heated, do not install it. The roots are likely damaged and will not grow. Contact our office within 1–2 days to arrange for a fresh replacement.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if we have approved or rejected your refund.

If approved, we will apply a credit to your account in our system. To receive the funds back to your original payment method, you must bring your credit card or proof of payment to our office within 30 days of approval.

Late Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 3 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider. If you still require assistance, email us at Info@RadiantLandscape.ca.

Exchanges

We sell our materials “as is.” We strongly encourage you to visit our yard to inspect materials before purchasing. Alternatively, you can request that our staff send a current photo of the product to your phone or email.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for returning the product to our yard. You must pay all shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
