Pricing
All pricing displayed on this Website is retail pricing only. All sales and product promotions on this Website only apply to retail pricing and do not apply to any other pricing and cannot be combined with any other sale or product promotion unless specifically agreed to in writing by Radiant Landscape Supplies Ltd. Pricing on all products is subject to change at any time without any notice.
Contractor pricing is not offered through this website. Contractors seeking wholesale pricing should contact us directly at info@radiantlandscape.ca or call 780-221-3064.
Material Calculation Help
We help in Concrete Product and/or Bulk Material calculations via web based Volume Calculator, but it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm measurements or calculations before product is delivered or picked up from the RLS yard. This applies to bulk materials, aggregates, sod, and any other product sold by volume, weight, or area.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through our payment provider. By placing an order, you authorize RLS to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and pallet deposits.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery dates selected at checkout are the customer’s preferred date. RLS will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the requested date but cannot guarantee it due to weather, equipment availability, route optimization, or other operational factors. RLS will notify the customer if the delivery date needs to be rescheduled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions at checkout and for being reasonably available at the delivery address on the selected delivery date. Missed deliveries due to inaccurate instructions or customer unavailability may result in additional delivery charges to reschedule.
RLS delivers within a service area determined by our distance calculation at checkout. Orders with delivery addresses outside our standard service area may not qualify for delivery.
Pallet Deposits
Certain products are delivered on wooden pallets. A refundable pallet deposit is charged at checkout for each pallet used. Deposit terms:
Pallets not returned within 30 days: Deposits for pallets not returned within the 30-day window are forfeited. RLS does not issue refunds for late returns.
Deposit amount: $40.00 per pallet, in Canadian Dollars, added to the order total at checkout.
Return window: Pallets must be returned to the RLS yard (11010 Winterburn Rd NW, Edmonton, Alberta) within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery or pickup date to qualify for a deposit refund.
Refund method: Deposits are refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed by RLS staff after pallet return and inspection; please allow up to five (5) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Condition assessment: RLS staff will assess pallet condition at the time of return. Damaged, broken, or otherwise unusable pallets do not qualify for a deposit refund. RLS’s assessment of pallet condition is final.
Partial returns: If a customer returns some but not all pallets from an order, the refund is prorated. RLS refunds $40 per usable pallet returned.
Returns and Refunds
For information on product returns, exchanges, and refunds unrelated to pallet deposits, please refer to our separate Refund Policy. Pallet deposit refunds are governed by the “Pallet Deposits” section above.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Changes to These Terms
RLS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Website or placement of orders after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
