Picking up your materials in person is a great way to save on delivery fees. To ensure a safe and fast experience, please follow these simple steps when arriving at our yard.
1. Check Your Vehicle’s Capacity
Before you arrive, ensure your vehicle is rated for the weight of the material.
- Small Pickups: Typically hold up to 1 cubic yard.
- Large Pickups: Typically hold up to 2 cubic yards.
- Note: Stone and soil are heavy. Please check your payload capacity of your vehicle to avoid damaging your vehicle and traffic .
2. Arrival & Check-In
When you arrive at our Radiant Landscape Supply location:
- Follow the Signs: Pull into the designated “Customer Loading” lane or parking spot.
- Check-In: Visit the main office or see a yard attendant first. Have your order number or payment ready.
- Safety First: Please stay inside your vehicle while heavy machinery (loaders) are operating nearby.
3. The Loading Process
- Positioning: Our team will guide you on where to park. Ensure your your vehicle bed is clear of debris.
- Machine Loading: We use professional loaders to fill your vehicle. We do not offer hand-loading services for bulk materials.
- Tarping: For the safety of other drivers in Edmonton, all loads must be tarped before leaving the yard. Please bring your own tarp and tie-downs or you can buy on the spot from our office.
4. Yard Safety Rules
- Speed Limit: 10 km/h at all times.
- Pedestrians: Watch for staff and other customers walking between vehicles.
- Children/Pets: For their safety, please keep children and pets inside your vehicle at all times when you are in the yard. Pets and Family members are welcomed in the showroom.
